Description: Worked with developers and business analysts to build and design an interactive financial literacy app from the ground up.
During the summer after my freshman year, I participated in an 8-week entrepreneurship program with a few friends. When it came to creating a product, we knew we wanted to build an app that we would all benefit from. Naturally, personal finances were something we all struggled with.
<aside> 🚨 Young adults (GenZ) from low-income backgrounds may not have access to mentors who can teach them about personal finance. However, they can't learn effectively from online resources because they are over-complicated, dense, and not engaging.

Setting out to understand the relationship between young adults and personal finance, my team and I each interviewed 5 users between the ages of 18-24 and analyzed 60 survey results.
